I loved your email. Truthful and to the point. I have recommended you to lots of people. I also used an online coupon and bought shoes from another online retailer awhile back and was quite disappointed with the experience (It took too long, the shoe is ok but I really didn't want to spend the time with the return policy). I'm not going there again! Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to my new shoes TOMORROW!
